Noritz's mental and physical well-being policy supports a variety of sporting and cultural events.
Noritz Women's Track and Field Team has racked up an impressive record of achievements, including participation in the World Athletics Championships at Helsinki in 2005 and Osaka in 2007.
2007 World Athletics Championships in Osaka
Since 1986, Noritz has held the annual "Akashi Channel Walk Rally" on Culture Day (November 3) to promote community activities. In 2005,the 15th anniversary of the event, about 4,700 people enjoyed the latest attractions of Akashi, and shared rewarding experiences with their families and other community members while benefiting from some healthy physical exercise. Noritz is committed to coexisting the local community as a good corporate citizen.

Kobe NOVANO Showroom, situated in the Former Foreign Settlement, offers a relaxing space to people as an art gallery. Right in the heart of the city, everyone has the opportunity to view and appreciate fine art. Noritz is promoting communication with members of the local community.
